The TransitionSource Team
The Transition Services Professional Development Support Center (PDSC) provides resources and support regarding secondary education transition and career development for students with disabilities. As part of this effort, the PDSC provides TransitionSource, a web-based resource supporting effective practices, connections to statewide and national resources, collaborative planning for transition services, and group communications.
The Transition Services PDSC is located at Cornell University, Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability.
Team Members

Ellice Switzer, Project Associate & Content Development Specialist
Ellice joined Cornell University’s Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability (YTI) in October 2017 as a Project Associate and Content Development specialist, providing professional development and technical assistance. She has nearly 20 years of university and nonprofit experience in the field of disability. Ellice develops content across multiple modalities and provides content development expertise and training on topics related to the intersection of special education transition services and other areas of disability policy.

Alan Sharafi, Project Administrative Assistant
Alan joined Cornell University’s Yang Tan Institute (YTI) in April 2018. He provides administrative support to the PDSC.
