From Part 200, Section 200.4: Procedures for referral, evaluation, individualized education program (IEP) development, placement and review

Section 200.4(c)(4) A school district is not required to conduct a reevaluation of a student before the termination of a student's eligibility due to graduation with a local high school or Regents diploma or exceeding the age eligibility for a free appropriate public education but is required to provide such student with a summary of the student's academic achievement and functional performance, which shall include recommendations on how to assist the student in meeting his or her postsecondary goals.
